We've worked closely with Care Managers to create a template email that you can use to send to family members and loved ones forewarning them of the launch of the Family Portal.

It contains a few short bits you'll need to update yourself, like the name of the care service you work for, however, it should save you a fair bit of time and help you to give people the heads up before you start inviting them from the Care Office.
