In the app, you can decide whether logs that you create should be included in the handover report or not. We call this flagging a log and there are two places where you can do this

Flagging a log while creating a log
โ€‹
When you first write a log, you have the option to flag it for the handover report. Just tap the 'Flag for handover?' button (shown below) before hitting 'Save'.

By default, incident and handover logs will already be flagged for you.

Flag or un-flag a log after the log has been created
โ€‹
At any time, you can view the current handover from your Profile screen in the app. Logs that have already been flagged by yourself or other team members will show in the handover logs.

If a log is no longer needed, you can tap on the blue flag to un-flag. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to un-flag it.

To see all logs that have been written today but not flagged, you can tap on the grey circle on the left-hand side to expand (see the number 9 circle in the gif below).

From this expanded view, you can see the logs which haven't been flagged for handover as they only have a light grey flag (flags on right-hand side). To flag for handover, tap on the light grey flag.
