How do I monitor Coronavirus with the mobile app?

Use our mobile app to monitor temperature, respiratory rate and symptoms of COVID-19

Step 1 - Sign into our mobile app with your email and 4-digit PIN
You should have received an email from us to be able to set your own PIN. Please check your junk folder if you can't find it or ask an Admin from your organisation to re-send it to you.

Step 2 - Tap on the face of a client to start recording
You should see the faces of any clients you've added so far. If none are showing in the home (see below) then you will need to ask an admin to create a client first.

Step 3 - Choose health recordings
The options we're looking for now are all in the purple health recordings category.

Step 4 - Choose respiratory rate, symptoms or temperature
These three recording options have been set up just for Coronavirus monitoring. If that's the only part of the system you want to use, these are the three for you.

Step 5 - Enter the information and save the log
The app will ask you to enter the person's vital health information or tick their symptoms from a list. Once you've entered the right information, tap 'Save Log'.

Step 6 - View the log in the Daily Logs and Charts
After saving each log, it will show up in the client's daily logs. You can access the daily logs from the Logs button (middle of the bottom menu). 

All of the data that you record will also flow into the Coronavirus Monitoring Tool, which can be found in the Care Office under Reports.
