How do I chat to support?

To chat with our support team, all you need to do is click the pink chat icon on the bottom right of your screen. From here you can chat directly with one of our team 24/7. If no one is available, you can leave your message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Managing conversations with the support team

When you reach out to us for support, this creates a new chat where we can manage your query. Clicking on the pink chat icon shows a view of all new and past conversations with the Log my Care team. Any unread messages will appear in bold and have a pink dot next to it.

We highly advise that you tell us your query in one chat [to avoid longer wait times on responses and conversation duplication].

Alternatively, you can also email support@logmycare.co.uk. At present we do not offer phone support.
