How can I change the outcome on the MAR chart? (Updated)

For example, updating from 'Refused' to 'Administered'

To make sure the MAR chart is always up to date, you might need to change an outcome. For example, if medication was refused but accepted an hour later, the MAR chart can be updated in the Care Office to best reflect what has happened.

Updating the MAR can only be done by an admin with medication permissions in the Care Office.



Step 1: Select the outcome you would like to change

You can do this by clicking on the record on the MAR chart that you would like to change.

Step 2: Under 'Outcome' select the correct outcome

Step 3: Save the record

You'll now see the previous record and the new updated one below in the 'Log Revisions' section. On the MAR chart, the code will now change based on the new outcome.
