Please note, residents transfers can only be completed for our Outstanding customers with multiples sites.
To transfer a resident from one site to another, an admin user must log in to the Group Site and click the Transfer Resident button shown below.
Clicking this button will start a chat with our Finn AI agent. Please provide Finn with the following information:
Service User ID (required) - this can be found via the browser URL (please see the screenshot for reference).
Service User Full Name (optional, but recommended)
Current Site Name (required)
Destination Site Name (required)
Preferred Transfer Date – the date the transfer should ideally be completed by
No Later Than Date (required) – the latest acceptable date the transfer must be completed by
Once this information has been received, it will be passed on to our Support Team, who will complete the transfer for you.
