Having all the relevant information for one medication in the same place will help make sure nothing gets lost. If you need to write anything extra for a medication, you can add comments to the medication, follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Click 'View more information' on the medication card 👀
You'll be able to do this from a few places in the app. From the person's medication page and the eMAR chart.
Step 2: Click 'Add comment' at the top of the page ✏️
Write as much as you need! Use this space as the back of your MAR sheet.
Step 3: Press 'Save' 👍
The comment will now appear with all the other logs relating to this medication.
