Recently we've seen quite a few providers asking for different examples of help content regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and care plans. We've been liaising with our experts and have come up with a generic care plan as an example for one of our test clients called Billy.

In this example, we have created a new care plan for Billy using the "+ Add Care Plan" button below Billy's list of existing care plans. We then started to add his strengths and needs and then attached a generic risk assessment which was also completed.
