How to send us a screen recording

This article will go through how to use Birdie to take a screen recording when reporting a problem.

When you encounter a problem in the Care Office, our support team may ask you for a screen recording, so you can show us the problem you ran into.

Birdie allows both the support team and our tech team to help diagnose and get to the root of your problem a lot more quickly. The quicker we can figure out the issue the quicker we can fix it!

Sending a screen recording is easy! Take a look and follow the below steps to take when asked to send a screen recording.

Step 1: Click on the 'record your screen' button in the chat this will open a secondary window asking you to open the recorder.

Step 2: Once you have clicked on the 'open recorder' button, this will open a new window.

Here you will be able to choose to record with audio and how you want to share your screen: you can choose to share the selected screen or the whole screen.

Step 3: Hit record and there will be a countdown, once it has ended you can begin to record the issue at hand.

Step 4: Once you have finished recording, press the stop button in the recorder window and then submit.

When you press submit, this will automatically send the video to our support team - please note that the recording will not be submitted to the support team unless this step is completed.
